Mohamed Sall is the founder and Managing Partner of Gaindé Advisory, a Brooklyn-based practice helping small business owners optimize operations, sharpen strategy, and grow with confidence.

Mohamed brings a background in finance and strategy, with experience spanning institutional fixed income, go-to-market strategy, and early-stage ventures — and a deep interest in how businesses work at every level. He holds a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was also a fellow at the Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies. A fluent French speaker, Mohamed is a Senegalese American and native New Yorker.

The name Gaindé comes from the Wolof word for lion — the national symbol of Senegal. It reflects the boldness and clarity he brings to every client engagement.
